JUST, FOR INSTANCE, TAKE RASTAFARIAN RELIGION – IF you are ‘not a Rasta’, rather than that you are just a normal consumer without any tweaked perception(one’s perception can actually be tweaked to a stronger spiritual awareness..), with no notion at hand for anything holy or divine – you can be a freakin’ scholar in philosophy, BUT being a RASTA, is more “HOME” than that…you can be some high-class-academic – BUT IT’S ALL A LIE! Being a DEVOTE RASTAFARIAN, is true wisdom, to have a notion of things holding sacred significance, or THE WHOLE WORLD BEING SACRED–THAT, IS TRUE INTELLECT, but you don’t use your mind to think about your religion – but to ONLY-BE-SMART; NOT CRAZY IN THE RIGHT WAY, you’re just another pseudo-intellectual, with a house and two cars…

A few times in my life, people I’d written off as drably normal surprised the hell out of me when I chatted enough with them to learn about a corner in their basement glowing with otherworldly light where they kept and cared for mutant aliens. I’m jest sane it’s too easy to write off people wholesale. There definitely are, of course, teeming hordes of irredeemable dullwits who will stand between you and the fire you vitally need to get to, just like Arfy in Heller’s Catch-22, looking far too much like “Bob” himself with his grin and his pipe.
